One thing that upsets me is that many women submit pictures taken 10 years ago. Be honest!!! When a woman does this it makes me think she is not being honest and in my mind I believe honesty is the foundation of a relationship!!! And if you submit such a photo which is outdated I ask what else is she hiding?
